Virtual Therapy
Virtual psychotherapy provides a convenient and accessible way to participate in therapy from the privacy and comfort of your own space. Sessions are offered through a secure online platform and are available to adults across Ontario.
Virtual therapy can be an effective option for many people, although it may not be appropriate for everyone. My practice is not equipped to provide crisis intervention or treatment for acute psychosis or severe substance use or addiction. During your initial consultation, we can discuss whether my approach and online therapy are appropriate for your needs.
Important Information About
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy
Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy involves working with horses in an outdoor setting and may include walking, observing, and interacting with the horses. No previous experience with horses is required.
Because sessions take place outdoors and around horses, participants should be comfortable being in this environment and able to follow safety instructions. Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy is not a form of horseback riding.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are at immediate risk of harming yourself or someone else, please get in touch with 911, go to your nearest emergency department, or contact a crisis service in your area.
